1. On August 17, 2016, the Defendant entrusted the affairs of history of the 1st urban railroad line to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Defendant is a local public enterprise and a corporation established as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Urban Railroad Corporation for the purpose of construction, operation, etc. of urban railroads. 2) The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on February 2014 to be entrusted with the operation of the B and C Station history.
The Plaintiff extended the period on January 26, 2016, and again entered into a contract with the same content (from February 1, 2016 to January 31, 2018; hereinafter “instant contract”) and operates the B Station and C Station history until now.
The main contents of the contract of this case are as shown in attached Table 1.
B. On June 27, 2016, the chairperson of the Korea Trade Union sent a written request for corrective measures to the Daejeon Metropolitan City Mayor and the president of the Defendant on June 27, 2016, stating that “The CJ head shall give workers a bad worker’s age, give them unreasonable instructions or verbal abuse to labor personnel, and the Plaintiff silents it.” The CJ head shall make a written request for corrective measures to investigate and punish it. The FJ Japan and the MP person sent a report on the improper act of the CC calendar (the creation of a punishment, the place of work, the escape of working hours, the refusal of demand for corrective measures, the escape of patrol duty, the escape of patrol duty, the non-performance of expenses, etc.), the day off which the Defendant completed self-audit on the said press report and its related contents, and on July 8, 2016, the Plaintiff was seriously informed of the conflict between the labor members and the labor members, as well as the 3rd image of the Defendant’s reputation caused by the conflict between the labor members and the noise.
After that, the vice president of the above C Station shall retire from the office, and the present is no longer a service personnel.
