A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Ckis in the Republic of Korea.

On June 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver's license on June 19, 2013, and driven the road of three lanes in front of the site for the month in Busan Metropolitan City, which is located in the first Dong Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan Government, along the one-lane from the opposite intersection to the opposite intersection.
