1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 19.5 million to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from January 8, 2016 to March 23, 2016; and (c) from the following day.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 20, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an international marriage brokerage agreement with the Defendant at an international marriage brokerage chain, with respect to Vietnam women (hereinafter “instant brokerage agreement”). The main contents of the instant brokerage agreement are as follows.

5. Provision of services and expenses therefor;

(a) Company shall provide services stipulated in Article 5 of the standard terms and conditions for international marriage brokerage to its members, and the costs and expenses therefor shall be paid by its members;

(b) Documents necessary for departure, such as passports, visaes, family relation certificates, marriage relation certificates, English translations, etc., shall be prepared by a member, and may be substituted by a company at the request of the member;

6. Location of responsibility;

(a) Before filing a marriage report, (2) a member has confirmed the intention of marriage between each other after having taken the place of the opposite marriage in Vietnam, and completed the marriage ceremony or any equivalent wedding, or completed the sex marriage confirmation, that member shall be considered as the sex of marriage and shall be all responsible for all of the legal couple;

(3) A member shall be deemed to have no intention to marry if the member fails to comply with the request within 15 days from the date on which the company has requested the member to enter Vietnam after having completed marriage at the local place of Vietnam, and the provision of the services by the company shall be terminated and the company shall not be liable therefor.

9.(1) The definition of personal money is (1) the expression of personal money and custom of personal money, in the form of money to the franc’s father’s father’s father’s father’s father’s father’s mother according to the culture of the pertinent country prior to marriage, which is an expression of personal money and practice of personal inspection by cultivating his father’s father’s father’s father’s

It means the cost of purchasing a new part, such as clothes, flat clothes, and shoes, for shopping purposes during the period of marriage after marriage, by purchasing a new part for the purpose of shopping.

In addition, the payment of educational expenses for the Korean language of the new department is included in the personal money due to the arbitrary judgment of the new system.
