1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 17,050,000, and 5% per annum from July 4, 2015 to June 16, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 3, 2012, D, the father of the Plaintiff, concluded an international marriage brokerage agreement (hereinafter “instant brokerage agreement”) with Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) on behalf of the Plaintiff, including the following:

(1) Marriage: It refers to a family to which a new father enters Korea after completing all the procedures necessary for marriage and marriage in a foreign country and a foreign country in which the defendant company is introduced.

(2) Marriage expenses: 15 million won - Details of marriage expenses - expenses for marriage before and after marriage - expenses for marriage - shuttles and Plaintiff’s return air travel fees, Incheon and local airport taxes, travelers’ insurance, travel agency expenses, travel and entry speed, air charges of the new department and visa, etc. - local marriage events, new cremations, towing expenses (including gift expenses), video and photographing expenses, video and photographing expenses, fromatics, local hotel accommodation expenses, food, sirens, wedding rents, wedding travel expenses, travel expenses - guides, interpreters, interpretation, guides, travelers, insurance and other incidental expenses.

B. On May 26, 2012, the Plaintiff left Vietnam with Defendant C, etc. on May 28, 2012, and deemed E at this place (hereinafter “foreign person”). On May 29, 2012, the Plaintiff entered the marriage report on July 3, 2012 and completed the marriage report.

The defendant received KRW 15 million from the plaintiff.

C. Meanwhile, before marriage with the Plaintiff, the Nonparty married with another male in Vietnam, and gave birth to one child between them, but divorced on February 10, 201, and at the time of divorce, the Nonparty, who was the person with parental authority and the person with custody of the said child, was designated as the former husband.

However, in the course of marriage brokerage, the “Marriage status confirmation” of the issuance of the Plaintiff’s marriage report by the local authorities in Vietnam, which is attached to the Plaintiff’s marriage report, stated that “the Plaintiff was aware of the marriage with anyone, who is the subject of the report.”
