A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) was driving the front road C in Ansan-si B with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.124%, while under the influence of alcohol concentration, and led it to the safe terminal from the side of the dead acid.
