Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to use or occupy fishery harbor facilities shall obtain permission from the managing authority of the fishery harbor;

Nevertheless, from around December 2014 to November 29, 2017, the Defendant occupied fishery harbor facilities by installing one container with 21mm2 without obtaining permission from the fishery harbor management authority within the C fishery harbor district located in Cheongsung-si B.

2. The Defendant, without good cause, did not comply with an order to reinstate the fishery harbor zone without permission, even though he/she was ordered by the Sungsung market to reinstate the fishery harbor zone by October 31, 2017, on or around October 24, 2017, to the effect that he/she occupied the fishery harbor zone without any justifiable reason, as stipulated in paragraph (1).
