A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

1. Defendants A and B in violation of the Emergency Medical Service Act are persons in a de facto marital relationship.

No person shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first aid, or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, force, or other means.

From June 26, 2019 to 23:30 on June 26, 2019, the Defendants were refused to be hospitalized from the E Hospital emergency room located in Daegu-gun D on the ground of taking care from the victim C, a assistant nurse working at the center, who requested the hospitalization of the Defendant A. Defendant B: (a) stated, “I will not see why I would be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to her face; (b) I sent the victim’s face by hand; (c) I was able to have the victim’s head at hand; and (d) Defendant A was able to have the victim’s head at the time of her head, and was able to have the blood pressure measuring instrument her head on the floor.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the medical treatment of emergency medical personnel in the above emergency room by assault and force, and the Defendant B assaulted the victim who is an emergency medical personnel, thereby causing damage to the victim about about 14 days of treatment.

2. On June 26, 2019, at around 23:17, Defendant A’s obstruction of the performance of official duties, and the Defendant injured the Defendant at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1). When he was removed by the police officer G of the Daegu Hasong Police Station, who was dispatched after being reported 112 during the disturbance with B, the face of the said G was removed by the police officer G of the Daegu Hasong Police Station, the back part of the head, and the above G was taken two times in two instances, and the Defendant expressed a bath that “I ambling, our marina, our Marn, 1, 200,” “I am walking the mouth of the said G for about 14 days.”

Accordingly, the defendant is an assault to handle the 112 reported case by a police officer.
