The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (one year of suspended sentence of six months, 40 hours of violent therapy, and 80 hours of community service) that the court below rendered is too unreasonable.

2. It is recognized that the defendant made a confession of all crimes and repents his mistake.

However, in light of the form of each of the crimes in this case and the applicable law, etc., the punishment of the court below is too heavy, and the defendant has been punished several times, the defendant has been punished for suspension of execution, and there is a record of being punished as violent crimes among them, the defendant's age, sexual conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of each of the crimes in this case, and the scope of recommended sentencing guidelines for the enactment of the Supreme Court sentencing committee, such as the motive, means and consequence of each of the crimes in this case, are considered, it is not recognized that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
