Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter "purchase of small-sum settlement policy" on the Internet BKalet, and took property benefits by sending the victim's mobile phone (C) approval number of the small-sum settlement approval number sent to the victim's mobile phone (C) to the victim, thereby allowing the victim to pay 49,600 won in total four times from the victim who believed it to be true to pay 49,90 won in cash.
