Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution due to fraud, etc. in this court. The above judgment became final and conclusive on May 8, 2019.

On March 18, 2019, the Defendant and B wished to inform Defendant A of the methods of committing fraud using small-sum payment loans and to commit such crimes together at the location of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and to take charge of the role of deceiving B as if the victims were to have access to the small-sum payment loans and to have the cellular phone devices used for the crime.

Accordingly, on April 4, 2019, B obtained a cellular phone machine from Defendant A and posted a notice on the advertisement of “portable cash cashing loan” to Defendant C using the above cell phone machine, and concluded that B would make a loan by means of cashing with the victim D who contacted with this by reporting the advertisement, and by making a mobile phone small payment settlement to the victim D.

However, in fact, the defendant and B did not have an intention or ability to fix the money for the purpose of using it for the cost of living by taking advantage of the small-amount settlement loan.

From April 5, 2019, the Defendant conspired with B to induce the victim to pay a small amount of 873,900 won from E to 89,900 won on the same day, and had the victim pay a small amount of 873,900 won on the same day, thereby having the victim pay a total of 873,90 won, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form.
