A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2003] From February 8, 2011 to April 2011, the Defendant paid a high rate of interest (2.5% a month) if the Defendant invested the operating fund to “Eju shop” operated with the Defendant’s upper seat D, and received a total of KRW 200 million by promising that the principal would be repaid after one year.

However, the above sales did not have been well operated, and the actual profits did not have been paid more than several times since the defendant and D were left in place, and thereafter, D was omitted and the defendant directly operated, but around August 201, it was not only the profits but also the recovery of the investment principal.

1. Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around September 201, by deceiving the victim’s home located in the Pakistan-si, on the following occasions: (a) there is no profit actually paid from the “EM” as above; and (b) in the case of “EM,” there is no means to recover the existing amount of investment; and (c) even if there is no means to recover the amount of investment, it is possible to conceal such fact; and (d) if the Defendant additionally lends the interest of KRW 1.65 million to operate a legitimate adult amusement room, he may obtain the principal on the same condition as 2.5% per month; and (e) by deceiving the victim, he shall receive the amount of KRW 50 million from the victim on October 4, 201; and (e) in the case of “EM,” he may not receive the amount of interest of KRW 200 million,000,000,000 from the bank on June 1, 2015; and (e) he may receive the amount of interest of KRW 1600,00,00,015 million from the Defendant bank.

2. On March 2012, the Defendant continued to pay interest on money already lent to the victim at the home of the victim, and the fact that the fact did not reach the profit of the adult amusement room operated.
