The Prosecutor appealed against the Defendants (each suspended sentence of a fine of KRW 3 million, and fine of KRW 4 million). The Prosecutor appealed against the Defendants that they are too minor.

However, in full view of the various sentencing conditions in the records and arguments of this case, including the fact that there is no particular change in the sentencing conditions compared with the original judgment, the Defendants were the first offender who has no criminal history, and there are circumstances to consider the background leading to the instant case, and the agreement with the injured insurance company, etc., the sentencing of the lower court against the Defendants is not recognized to be unfair.

Therefore, all appeals by the prosecutor are dismissed.
