1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,584,139,138 to the Plaintiffs and KRW 101,00,000 among them, shall be from January 1, 2014, and KRW 1,483,139.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On December 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around December 2, 201, with respect to “the construction project for the improvement of the congestion of subway 2 and 3 shifts (hereinafter “the instant construction project”); (b) determined the estimated construction amount as KRW 14,827,420,00; and (c) the construction period as KRW 1,095 from the commencement date of the construction project; and (d) notified the public tender by means of a tender tender; (b) the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “stock company” in the aforementioned Plaintiffs’ indication”) constituted a joint supply and demand company (representative company: Plaintiff South Korea Promotion Company; hereinafter “the instant joint supply and demand company”).

The ratio of the investment is 90% of the plaintiff Namyang Promotion Company and 10% of the construction of the plaintiff Jongyang Construction.

3) The Plaintiffs participated in the bid as the instant joint contractors, and the Defendant selected the instant joint contractors as successful bidders. 4) On November 26, 2011, the Plaintiffs concluded a contract for construction works between the Defendant and the instant joint contractors with the contract amounting to KRW 11,901,973,50, and the construction period (1,095, the total construction period) from January 6, 2012 to January 4, 2015 (1,095) (hereinafter “instant contract”).

5 The main contents of the instant contract are as follows.

With the improvement of historical congestedness for business purposes, the convenience of using passengers, disability, expansion of convenience facilities for the elderly, and installation of facilities to secure standard time to cope with emergency disasters between the construction works for the installation of facilities in order to ensure the standard time to cope with evacuation for the elderly, 2 escalators in the boarding platform and the expansion of waiting rooms between the Gu, and 2 inside the elevator removal line platform and the outer stairs for the removal of the elevator installed inside the elevator from the inside of the two removal line platform, the platform and the large-scale expansion of waiting rooms, and 2 inner stairs for the new elevator installed.
