1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Division C with a size of 50,575 square meters of B forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do was owned with a size of 50,575 square meters of B forest land in Chungcheongnam-gun. However, on February 10, 1989, the said land was divided into 8,529 square meters of B forest land in Chungcheongnam-Gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and 7,567 square meters of D forest land, 7,567 square meters of land, 37,603 square meters of land in E, 48,628 square meters of F forest, 5,628 square meters of G forest, 6,612 square meters, 61,636 square meters

On the other hand, on September 12, 2001, ASEAN-gun changed its administrative district to Iri-ri on September 12, 2001.

The J completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 7, 1989 with respect to F forest land 8,628 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) from Asan-si on February 10, 1989, for sale and purchase.

B. On January 25, 2006, the Defendant Korea Land Information Corporation, which registered the land subject to revision of the registered matters in the forestry cadastral book, discovered errors in the registered matters in the cadastral record (on February 1, 2006) in the course of conducting the data survey for the field survey on the request of the boundary restoration survey and the partition survey on the instant land on January 25, 2006, and notified the Asan City Mayor on February 10, 2006. Accordingly, on March 20, 2006, registered the “land subject to revision” as the “land subject to revision of the registered matters in the forest cadastral book of this case.

C. On May 2, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract with J as to the instant land with KRW 130 million, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff on the same day.

On December 27, 2011, the Plaintiff filed an application for revision of the registered matters of land with the content of correcting the area of the instant land from 8,628 square meters to 7,978 square meters, and the instant land was changed to 7,978 square meters on December 28, 201.

E. On December 30, 201, the instant land was divided into 7,898 square meters of F forest and 80 square meters of K forest in Ansan-si on December 30, 201, and 7,898 square meters of F forest and 7,898 square meters of Esan-si was subject to registration conversion of 80 square meters of K forest and 80 square meters of m2.
