Punishment of the crime

1. From around 02:40 on July 19, 2018 to 03:40, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the back door correction device of the victim C operation in the north-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Daegu-gu, by milching it into the e-mail of the victim’s operation; and (b) stolen the cash amounting to the sum of KRW 12,70,000 and the market price in the display stand and the e-mail amounting to the sum of KRW 12,60,000, the market price in the possession of the victim, including the sum of KRW 12,70,000,000, which is the total market price of KRW 12,70,000, in the face of the e-mail.
2. On July 24, 2018, from around 00:47 to 01:23, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s G sales outlet operated by the Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si through the rear door that was not corrected; and (b) cut off the cash amounting to the sum of KRW 130,000 in the treasury and the display stand and the market value of KRW 3,30,000 in the amount of KRW 3,430,00 in the market value, which is the victim’s possession, such as tobacco 74,00, which is kept in the west, in the west-gu, Cheongju-si.
3. On July 24, 2018, around 01:29, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the back door correction device of the victim I prepared in Cheongju-si H with the date server prepared in advance; and (b) attempted to steals property after being intruded into the inner part; (c) reported that the person was on the ground of the building and escaped, and did not perform an attempted act.
