The defendant is the vice president and the auditor of a stock company C.

Victim D and Victim E are employees of individual business operators F who operate a lease contract with C and use a building, and receive funds, etc. for chain business separately and make deposits into C again.

The defendant, the defendant's spouse G, the F representative H are in dispute as to who is the actual representative of the corporation C.

1. Defluence;

A. 나. 피고인은 2015. 4. 14. 11:20경부터 11:40경 사이에 울산 울주군 I에 있는 F 회사 사무실에 찾아와 근무를 하고 있던 피해자 E에게 일반 직원들이 듣고 있는 자리에서 "H가 그만큼 돈을 빼서 도둑질하고 돌아다닐 때 너희가 도와주지 않았냐, H는 큰 도둑놈이고 너희는 작은 도둑놈이다, 씨발 놈 좃 같은 소리하고 있네, 씨발 놈아 인간이가 니가, 니네 부모들이 도둑질 해먹으라고 너희 공부시켜가지고 좃 같은데 취직해서 도둑질 다 해 먹었나"라고 말하는 등 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

다. 피고인은 2015. 4. 16. 13:30경부터 15:00경 사이에 울산 울주군 I에 있는 F 회사 사무실에 찾아와 근무를 하고 있던 피해자 E에게 일반 직원들이 듣고 있는 자리에서 "배웠다는 놈들이 좃 같은데 와서, 니네 부모가 불쌍하다, 마음 같아서는 부모 욕이라도 하고 싶다"라고 말하는 등 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. Interference with business;
