Defendant
A is a corporation established for the purpose of paintinging, etc., and is the business owner of the “H apartment outer wall maintenance and reconstruction construction” in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is the business owner of the above H apartment management, and Defendant C is the head of the management office of B who is in charge of the management of the above H apartment.
1.
