The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged is that the accused is the complainant and the legal couple, and within the C points located in Changwon-si B, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 22:00-23:00, in July 2014, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts, even though the victim D (E, E, F, and G) is winded and not subject to a divorce lawsuit on the part of the accused.
