A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on January 24, 201, and the execution of the said punishment was completed on May 23, 2015.

A. At around 00:34, Sept. 7, 2015, the Defendant stolen the Victim BC Cze Card owned by the Defendant, which was located in the BP located in Suwon-si BP, from the B Q convenience store located in Suwon-si BP.

B. The Defendant, who violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, was employed by the victim BE at the BP store located in Suwon-si BP around September 7, 2015, while keeping the goods located in the said store.

After signing and settling sales slips as if a stolen BC card was purchased, it was used to arbitrarily collect and consume urban price equivalent to 3,300 won.

In addition, the Defendant illegally used the third party’s check by signing and settling sales slips using the third party’s check card that was stolen on eight occasions, and embezzled the victim’s property by voluntarily consuming the property owned by the victim.

C. On September 7, 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, purchased bS convenience stores operated by the injured party BF in Suwon-si BR on September 7, 2015, and purchased bS 1 disease.

As in the same paragraph, bC's clock card was presented as if it was owned by the defendant, and deceiving the victim, signed and settled the sales slip, and acquired it by fraud.

In addition, the Defendant illegally uses the check card under another person's name by presenting the check card which was stolen on five occasions, as if he own it, and signing and settling the sales slip, as shown in the No. 9 through No. 13 of the List of Crimes, and deceiving the victims.
