Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B.

On January 14, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.106% of blood alcohol level around 07:30, the Defendant driven the said car, and driven the white-water of 0.106% of the 0.10% of the 0.10km in the Plsan-dong, U.S. at the ancient city, along the one-lane of the 5-lane distance from Plsan Hospital to the lake at the speed of about 40 km in speed.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well with the signal, etc. and to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with its signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and took the steering direction of the DNA bus driven by the victim C (the 58-year old) (the 58-year old-age) under the new code from the left side of the right side of the horse by negligence in violation of the signal, and was driven by the Defendant as the front part of the passenger car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. in the light of the race that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to the foregoing occupational negligence.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) was driven by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol of about 200 meters in the section of approximately 0.106% of blood alcohol concentration from the roads near the bridge in the Sonsan-dong-dong-dong-gu in the above paragraph (1) to the accident site under the above paragraph (1).
