Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2011, at around 00:44, the Defendant driven the volume of blood alcohol of 0.142% under the influence of alcohol from the 1km section to the front road of the Sinsan Elementary School located in 583 Dongyang-dong 583 of the same Dongyang-dong, in which the trade name located in the vicinity of the mountain village of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon is unknown.
