The defendant is a person who drives a B B driver's vehicle volume.

On August 19, 2011, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven approximately 30 kilometers from the point of infest in the Asan city where the said vehicle is used to the front of the Sejong-si Underground Road located in Pyeongtaek-do.
