Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall be prohibited from stopping or parking a motor vehicle at an intersection, crosswalk, road crossing, or a road that is divided into a sidewalk and a roadway, at the edge of an intersection, or at a place within five meters from the corner of a road.

Nevertheless, on August 13, 2019, from around 11:20 to 11:50, the Defendant parked the B truck at the corner of the 236 intersection in the female-ro 236 intersection.
