When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on March 20, 2016, posted a luminous tape on the front number plate of the DK5 vehicle in front of the cel in Gyeonggi-si B and made it illegible.
