A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

By November 2011, the Defendant was a person who was working in the victim D Co., Ltd. factory located in Gwangju City and retired from office.

1.
