A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 25, 2020, around 10:20 on November 25, 2020, the thief Defendant: (a) placed the victim and his employees in the “D Burial” where the victim C works in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim and his employees is neglected; and (b) cut off the victim into the main machine of “Cheongdo” which is equivalent to KRW 2,150,000, the market price of the victim and his employees in the display belt.

2. On November 25, 2020, around 10:40 on November 25, 2020, the thief: (a) the thief was stolen by inserting the gap in which the surveillance of the victims and their employees was neglected on November 25, 2020; (b) the 2,500 won of the market price managed by the victims and their employees on the display stand.

3. On November 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was stolen by inserting the victim’s “D shop” at around 10:10 on November 28, 2020, in which the victim’s “D shop” as described in paragraph (1) works; (b) the victim and his employees’ surveillance was neglected; and (c) the victim and his employees’ surveillance was used in the display stand; (d) the 1 can cans in which the market price is equivalent to KRW 900,000, which are managed by the victim who is placed in the display stand.

4. On December 1, 2020, the Defendant stolen at around 10:50 on December 1, 2020, using the gaps in which the surveillance between the victim and his employees is neglected, the Defendant used the gaps in the “D Burial” where the victim and his employees work in C around 10:50 on December 1, 202, and stolen one set of 1/4,000 per share of the “Cheongdon”, which is the total market price managed by the victim in the display stand.
