A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the day-time office of the above-mentioned business establishment employed by the owner of the business who operates commercial sex acts in officetels with the trade name of "B".

From March 17, 2017 to June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) leased six officetels rooms in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dtel A, 751, B, 818, B, 442, 1101, and 1138, and Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel 201, Dong 306; (b) employed an employee engaged in sexual traffic of F and G; (c) advertised the said business through F and I, and advertised the said business through H, “H,” “I,” etc.; and (d) advertised male buyers, such as J, who reported and found the said business through sexual traffic, to guide sexual traffic in favor of women engaged in sexual traffic, who are employed in sexual traffic, in advance, with the price for sexual traffic; and (e) ordered them to purchase sexual intercourse with F, etc., a male employee.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
