A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Busan High Court on April 3, 2013, and is still under suspended execution.

On December 2, 2011, the Defendant received a proposal from D, who had accessed the Defendant, prior to his clothes in the name of the Simno-Saki (Seoul), from the Defendant, that he could cause illegal smuggling in Korea to Japan, and consented to this. On March 31, 2012, the Defendant received instructions from D to wait for the contact of the E-Sa president in Korea in front of his trade name in the vicinity of the Japanese maternity port.

On April 13, 2012, at the coffee shop near Busan Island, the Defendant, upon the request of the person who is the president on his name, will give the price for the gold 1kg of the gold at the stage of exporting the gold ingot through the delivery of the gold ingot to him, and then put the gold ingot and the splate into the hack to the 7th parallel of Busan Port where the Defendant is on board and delivered the gold 241,913,347 won at the price of 1kg of the gold ingot which the Defendant was on board to the F after moving the F to the 7th parallel of Busan Port where the Defendant is on board the F.

At around 23:00 on the same day, the above F entered the port of Busan New Port at around 3:0, and entered the port of Japanese mother on April 14, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, exported 241,913,347 won (goods cost of KRW 159,429,914) at four market prices of gold 1kglass without reporting to customs.
