1. The Plaintiff:
(a) The FSC's final meeting shall consist of nomenclature 1, 7 to 16, 20 to 32, 34 to 37.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the Plaintiff is that the Plaintiff was set up in time X Y (Z: Z), and a clan naturally created for the purpose of a sypology, grave management, and friendship among his/her descendants, with 14 years old-old AA or 11 years old-old AB (BaC) as a medium time grouped AD (AE).
B. On March 23, 2008, the resolution of this case held a temporary general meeting of the plaintiff on March 23, 2008, the name of the defendant (appointed party; hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") E, K, and M changed to the name of the clan "F clan" (hereinafter referred to as the "appointed party's clan"). The chairperson elected the name of the defendant E and the general secretary as the chairperson, and made a resolution to sell the AF woodland 52,265 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the "resolution of this case"). The resolution of this case was written by the plaintiff as 19 clan members, and only 18 clan members were present.
C. The Plaintiff’s family ground for clan AG, AH, K, KS, AJ, Selection, J, Defendant C, K, AK, and Defendant D entrusted their names and completed registration of preservation of ownership on August 12, 1971.
(2) On December 12, 2004, the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of AL was completed on September 8, 2005 with respect to 1/9 shares of the pre-divided land due to the inheritance by agreement division among the title trustee.
(3) On November 24, 1993, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of P and Q was completed on March 6, 2008 with respect to 1/18 shares of the land before the split-off due to the inheritance due to the agreement split-off among the trustee.
(4) On November 1, 1976, the title trustee died and transferred 1/18 shares of each of the lands before the split-off due to inheritance due to an agreement split-off.
