Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 19:00 on March 13, 2015, the Defendant and the name-contestisted in the crime committed on March 13, 2015: (a) parked the composite building in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the construction site; and (b) parked the Done Star Corpick vehicle on the site of the construction site; and (c) the Defendant attached the pents to the pents; and (d) cut the pents into the construction site by cutting the pents into the construction site by cutting the pents with the pents prepared in advance; and (d) cut off the gate of materials storage on the first floor above the construction site.
