Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2013, at around 12:27, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn cash from the victim B (33 years of age) within the automated copier of the Bank in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 385-1; and (b) cut off a mobile phone (observer lte-verification) of the market price owned by the victim on the date of cash withdrawal, with one cell phone (33 years of age) on the market price above the date of cash withdrawal.
