Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant purchased stolen smartphones at low prices against taxi drivers with knowledge that he or she owns lost smartphones that he or she had lost by ordinary customers, and sentenced them to the income of having been imported.

1. On March 06, 2013, the Defendant, at around 02:00, obtained 20,000 won in knowledge of the fact that he was a main gallon of the victim non-verification Samsung gallon, even though he was aware of the fact that he was a main gallon of the victim non-verification Samsung gallon, by arriving in Busan, such as B and C, in order to purchase smartphones lost by customers to purchase the lost smartphones.

2. At around 02:00 on March 12, 2013, the Defendant acquired 20,000 won, knowing that he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was a stolen for the victim non-verification LTE smartphone 1, using the same method as 1.

3. At around 03:00 on March 12, 2013, the Defendant acquired 10,000,000 won, even though he was aware of the fact that the Defendant was a stolen gallon of the instant E University, using the same method as 1.1.

4. On March 13, 2013, between 01:00 to 03:00, the Defendant acquired 20,000 won, with knowledge of the fact that the victim’s influoral scar was a stolen portion of the smartphone, against the taxi engineers in the front of the pertinent E University, using the same method as 1.

5. On March 21, 2013, between 01:00 to 03:00, the Defendant acquired 50,000 won, with knowledge of the fact that the Defendant was a stolen for the victim’s non-registered Samsung Gallon 2 smartphone, using the same method as paragraph 1.
