B was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) in the Goyang Branch of the District Court on May 30, 2013, and Defendant A was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Jung-gu District Court on September 5, 2013, and each of the above judgments became final and conclusive on September 13, 2013.

On March 14, 2013, the Defendant appeared in the case involving the violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) against the Defendant and B, at the court of 402, Goyang-gu District Court 213, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, 14:00, and tried as a witness in relation to the crime B, after receiving a separate decision for pleading.
