A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on September 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) brought a dispute with C, the wife of the above case, and received 112 report on the instant case, and sent D, etc. to the police officer of the Gando Police Station; and (b) the Defendant attempted to go to go to the above C while listening to the circumstances of the instant case, the Defendant sent D’s sound to the effect that “I want to go to go to the Republic of Korea, why I want to go to go to go to it”; and (c) sealed the chest part of the above D’s chest, and took the body back one time to go to drinking.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties related to 112 reporting.

The sentencing conditions prescribed in Article 51 of the Criminal Act, such as the circumstances leading to the commission of the crime, the degree of assault against police officers, the time of and reflect on the crime, the fact that there is no record of the same crime, the defendant's age, character, conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, etc., and the sentencing guidelines set by the Supreme Court Sentencing Committee, shall be determined as per the order.
