Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At the end of May 2015, the Defendant listened to the victim C who was in a usual relationship with the Defendant, who was aware that he would be able to talk again with the victim, but the victim was able to contact with the victim who did not comply with it.

B. On November 21, 2015, the Defendant is at the residence of the Defendant as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) between 11:21 and 11:24.
