Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

In the Daegu District Court on May 31, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court on May 31, 2012 and was subject to criminal punishment for the violation of the Road Traffic Act on three occasions in total.

On November 1, 2019, at around 12:20, the Defendant driven the EGPD125cc calb in a state of alcohol 0.080% of blood alcohol level from the front of the C Bank located in Ansan-si B to the front of the D apartment at the same time.

As a result, the Defendant violated the regulations on the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.
