A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등) 피고인은 청주시 흥덕구 B에 있는 원룸 301호, 303호, 305호실에서, 인터넷 사이트 ‘C’에 성매매 여성의 사진과 “A코스 60분 원샷 회원가 13만 원 @, B코스 90분 원샷 회원가 20만 원 @, B코스 120분 투샷 회원가 25만 원 @, 연락처(D)”을 기재한 광고글을 게시한 후, 2014. 10. 6.경 위 원룸 301호에서 위 광고를 보고 연락한 성명을 알 수 없는 손님으로부터 13만 원을 받고 위 손님을 방으로 안내한 다음, 태국 국적의 성매매 여성인 E로 하여금 손님과 성교행위를 하게 하여 영업으로 성매매를 알선한 것을 비롯하여 2014. 8. 22.경부터 2014. 10. 7.경까지 위와 같은 방법으로 위와 같이 임차한 원룸 3곳에서 영업으로 성매매알선행위를 하였다.
