Criminal facts

1. On December 21, 2014, around 21:45, the Defendant reported the fact that apartment security guards and city guard were located on the street, around 14:00 on the same day, at the entrance of the C Apartment 601, at the night of the entrance of the Siung-si, Siung-si.
