1. 피고인 A, B의 공동범행 피고인들은 2017. 11. 4. 21:00경부터 2017. 11. 5. 01:00경까지 D, E, F, G와 함께 공주시 H에 있는, ‘I’ 식당 내실에서, 매회 기본 1만 원에서 20~30만 원까지 돈을 걸고, 화투 20장을 이용해 각자 2장씩 패를 나눠 받고, 패의 조합에 따라 베팅을 시작해 높은 조합과 낮은 조합 및 특수 조합(38광땡, 광땡, 땡)에 따라 승패를 결정하는 화투 도박인 일명 ‘섯다’ 도박을 수백 회에 걸쳐 하였다.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct
