Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the defendants are above one year from the date when this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person who uses or manages any access medium shall borrow or borrow any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute such medium with the knowledge that such medium is to be used for a crime or to be used for such purpose;

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant received instructions from the name infinite (one name F) who is engaged in illegal money exchange and gambling business in the Philippines, that “The Defendant sent a passbook, etc. under another’s name to Kwikset service.”

On February 20, 2017, the defendant around 20: (i) one new bank card in the name of Kwikset service in Gangnam-gu Seoul, (K), one copy of the new bank passbook in the name of J (State), one OTP1 (S/NL) connected to the new bank account in the name of J (state), one copy of the bank card in the name of Korea, one (N) and one (N) of the Bank in the name of J (state), one (S/N) connected to the bank account in the name of Korea, and one (S/N) connected to the NA bank account in the name of Korea (U.S. 1), one (P., one (O.), one (V., one (O., one) connected to the agricultural bank account in the name of Kwikset-gu, and one (O/N.) connected to the agricultural bank account in the name of J (U.S.), one (O. 1) connected to the agricultural bank account in the name of NA.

During the process of transmitting the above-mentioned access media, the Defendant: (a) received the call from the above-mentioned name unsatisf (F); (b) received the direction from the above-mentioned name unsatisfyer; and (c) received the direction from the above-mentioned name unsatisfyer to deliver the above passbook, etc., well, on February 21, 2017; and (d) contacted with B instructed by the above name unsatisfyer (F) on February 11, 2017; and (b) sent the above passbook, etc. to Kwikset service from around 14:00 to around 15:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant is aware that he will be used for illegal money exchange and Internet gambling.
