A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan High Court, and on July 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 6, 2013. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on December 14, 2015.

1. Attempted larceny and larceny;

A. On April 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30 on the street in front of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant left the door of the driver’s seat in order to steal the goods located in the EWD car owned by the victim D, which was parked in that place; (b) but was attempted without having the door opened.

B. C.
