At around 22:30 on October 16, 2013, the Defendant driven B passenger vehicles from the mother column in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si to approximately 9.1km in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, with the alcohol concentration of 0.198%.
