Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, as to the Defendants, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant B, as a couple, were able to easily receive hospitalization at the request of the patient without any objective grounds for symptoms, were hospitalized for a long time by pretending false symptoms or deceiving minor symptoms, and based on this, they were able to receive insurance money by claiming insurance money from the insurance company already subscribed in the name of the Defendants.
1. From around 2009 and around 2010, Defendant A purchased 18 insurance products to be paid when hospitalized in a hospital or clinic due to injury or disease, etc., 13 insurance companies, such as Korean Commercialization damage insurance.
From September 6, 2010 to the 20th day of the same month, the Defendant hospitalized in the F Hospital located in Gwangju Northern-gu E under the name of the 15th day of 15th day of the same month.
However, this name of disease can be treated with pharmacologic treatment and outpatient treatment, so there is no symptoms to the extent that it does not interfere with daily life even without being hospitalized, or minor.
Nevertheless, around December 2, 2010, the Defendant received normal hospitalized treatment for 15 days at the time hospital for the time when the victim's limited damage insurance was conducted.
Before December 7 of the same year, it was paid KRW 450,000 as insurance money by the victim company.
The Defendant, including that, from around that time to December 11, 2013, received a total of KRW 105,642,450 as insurance money through the same method over 185 times, as indicated in the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1.
2. From around 2009 and around 2010, Defendant B subscribed to 11 insurance companies, such as Korean Commercialization damage insurance, in a case of being hospitalized in a hospital or clinic due to injury or disease.
