Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, each of the above four years against the Defendants from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, on June 25, 2016, moved to the “H club” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 01:00, for the first time while drinking and dancing the Victim G (hereinafter “F club”) at the “F club” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and changed to the “H club” located in the place where they play together, and had the Defendant play again around the new wall.

At around 06:05 on the same day, the Defendants: (a) laid a victim under the influence of alcohol at Defendant A’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul International Office Office 1308, and (b) laid off the victim’s clothes, using those in a state where the victim is unable to resist with the spirit of drinking, and (c) laid off the victim’s body with his clothes, and she laid off the victim’s body and her clothes, laid off the victim’s body, she raped once by inserting his/her sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound.

Defendant

A, when coming into a toilet, she reported that Defendant B rapes against the victim and she was imprisoned with all clothes of the victim, and she was imprisoned with the victim’s face while being raped by Defendant B, with the victim’s face while being raped by Defendant B, and she took the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s face.

The Defendants continued to commit rape by inserting their own sexual organ into the part of the victim’s body and inserting them into the part of the victim’s body, and Defendant B re-Raped the victim by inserting the victim’s face into the victim’s face while being raped by Defendant A.

As a result, the Defendants jointly raped the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s non-competing state of intoxication, and conspired to commit similar rape by taking advantage of the victim’s non-competing state of intoxication.
