A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion on a structure or any similar rape;

A. On July 8, 2017, around 02:31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was a foreigner of Russian nationality, and (b) took the Plaintiff’s friendship at the club F in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, for the first time, and (c) the Victim G (the 34 years of age), and (d) took the said victim’s friendship, and (e) took the said victim’s friendship H went out of the club.

B. In front of the above I building at around 03:59 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim G to have sexual intercourse; (b) caused the victim G by cutting off the right shoulder of the victim G under the influence of alcohol with his left arms; and (c) invaded upon the victim’s name by entering the door through the entrance of the said building and entering the front of the second floor of the 2nd floor above the dial underground by using stairs; and (d) caused the victim’s name in front of the said building.

(B) In front of the second elevator of the above I building underground, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the victim G was in an incomparably unable for the victim G to breathly breathly breath, she laid the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s entrance; (b) took off the victim’s breath and panty; and (c) took off the Defendant’s fingers into the sound part; (d) she rapes the said victim; and (e) she inflicted injury on the victim’s bodily part, including about 4 centimeters in length, 1 centimeters in depth, and 7 knife of the inner wall so that he can tear at least 7 cm in the body of the said victim.

2. A foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and the period of sojourn.
