On July 9, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.152% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a B car at approximately 15km in front of the head of the Hocheon-si, Cheongcheon-si, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si, Gocheon-si.
