Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Track drive of a Back car.

On February 13, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.177% during blood transfusions on February 13, 2015, was under the influence of alcohol, and thus, it was difficult to drive normally, the Defendant continued the front road of the “D Motor Vehicle Maintenance Industry Master” located in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-gu.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as finite finites, etc., to the victim for about three weeks of medical treatment due to such occupational negligence.

Around 04:05 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant driven B Track Motor Vehicle Quantity while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.177% in the front of the “D Motor Vehicle Maintenance Industry Co., Ltd.” located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, from the Do in front of the non-sing of the trade name on the side of the Sejong Special Self-Governing City Sub-Governing City, the Defendant driven the B Track Motor Vehicle Quantity at the 3km section.
