The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car siren.

On December 6, 2016, the Defendant driven the above 05:20 on the top of the Cheongju-si, while driving a two-lane between the two-lanes in the south of the Cheongju-si, the Defendant continued to drive a two-lane from the Cheongju-si to the new 70km of the Cheongju-si.

There are three streets where signal lights are installed, and the defendant followed the front, so there was a duty of care to see the front and secure safety distance in advance to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not go up to the bottom of the driver’s seat in order to gather the boom, and instead instead, received the part of the Defendant’s c (n, 46 years old)’s driver’s vehicle behind the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, which was parked under the front of the Defendant’s c (n, e.g., the Defendant’s 46-year-old driver’s license), from which the Defendant received the part of the Defendant’s driver’s license in front of

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim by occupational negligence, such as the opening frame of the body above the right side, which requires approximately 14 weeks medical treatment.

2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and Article 268 of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under the main sentence of Article 3(2) of the same Act.

According to the records, the victim C expressed his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant on February 27, 2017 after the prosecution of this case was instituted by the victim C.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
