A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:00 on June 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and operated a vehicle from the 4km section without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle from the 4km section to the front road of the village hall located in the same side of the west-gun in the front of the village hall located in the same side of the west-gun.

2. On November 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the number plate in front of the vehicle B, which is owned by the Defendant, was attached to the automobile tax due to the delinquency in payment of automobile tax on the rivers adjacent to the compost plant located adjacent to the west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun; (b) used the air illegally in use; (c) attached C vehicle number plate on the road in order to operate the said vehicle; and (d) attached it on the said Abdo-gun car; and (d) used the air in use, around June 1, 2014, on the roads from the front day of the sending back of the west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, west-gun, the Defendant used the air illegally used by operating the vehicle with another vehicle number plate attached to the above other vehicle number plate on the front day of the community hall located

3. The owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a road without mandatory insurance.
