Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspension of execution at the Seoul Central District Court on April 9, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 17, 2014, and Defendant B is currently under suspension of execution. Defendant B was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on February 7, 2014 and two years of suspension of execution, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 15, 2014, and Defendant C is currently under suspension of execution, and is currently under suspension of execution on October 14, 2014.
1. Defendant A
A. On July 14, 2014, the Defendant purchased at KRW 90,000,00, even though he/she was aware that L, etc. was a 1,080,000 of the market price of the victim’s M which was stolen by L, etc. from K, at the front of the 168, 168, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
B. On October 2014, the Defendant purchased smartphone 5 charges from N, the victims of the non-titled name acquired by N, in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Eastdong 1, 814-6, on the front side of the CGV Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with the knowledge that it is a stolen charge.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired stolens over twice.
2. On October 14, 2014, Defendant B purchased 200,000 won in front of the Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 50-1 Samsung Electronic Service Center, with the knowledge that the Defendant was a gallon 1 unit of smartphone 2 smartphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,080,00, the market price of the victims of the non-titled name acquired by those in the name of the victim, and an option machine G3 smartphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 89,800 in the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired stolens.
3. On October 15, 2014, Defendant C purchased at KRW 100,00,000, knowing that the market value of the gallon-based 3 smartphone 1,067,000, which is the victims of the non-titled name acquired by a person on the front side of the Samsung Electronic Service Center in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, was equivalent to KRW 50-1,00,000.
